1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using AstraCarta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AstraCarta provides astrocartography maps and readings for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance.

3. ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS

Certain features require a paid unlock. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a 24-hour pass or monthly subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

24-Hour Pass: One-time payment of $2.99. Access expires 24 hours after purchase. No refunds.

Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, code, and branding of AstraCarta are the property of AstraCarta and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

6. USER DATA

Birth data you enter is processed client-side and stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not store your birth data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological readings are generated algorithmically and are for entertainment purposes. We make no claims about the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of any reading or recommendation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraCarta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
